Shipping Policy
Since our creations are all handmade, production, inspection, and packaging typically take 2-5 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method you've chosen.
If you've selected Express, the maximum delivery time is
10-15 business days.
If you've selected Priority Express, the maximum delivery
time is 5-10 business days.
Please consider any holidays, natural disasters or pandemics may impact delivery
times.
Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address
entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please
contact us immediately at info@dearestgift.com if you believe you have
provided an incorrect shipping address.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical
address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for
returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a
refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged
product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a
trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Lost/Stolen Packages:
Dearest Gift is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. Returns Eligibility: At Dearest gift, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your
purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items that are returned in their original packaging. However, we do not issue refunds for items that have been used, worn, or damaged through normal use or misuse.
Non-Returnable Items: For the safety and well being of all our customers, certain items are non-returnable due to sanitary reasons. These
include, but are not limited to, personal care products, cosmetics, intimate apparel, and any products that come into direct contact with the skin or body.
All Discounted items are final sale.
Please note
personalised/customised orders are non-returnable. Customised items are made specifically for you and therefore refunds and exchanges or cancellations are not applicable with these items.
Damaged or Defective Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team
within 3 days of receiving the product. We may request photographic evidence of
the damage or defect to facilitate the return process. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the damaged or defective item, and we will gladly replace it for you
